EGYPT

For this week, we are learning about the country of Egypt. When you think of Egypt you probably think of pyramids, mummies, pharaohs, and hieroglyphics. That is just the history of Egypt. There is more to Egypt than just its history. First we need to start with its location. Egypt is in the north eastern part of Africa. Some of the neighboring countries are Libya and Sudan as you can see in the map. Egypt is the total opposite of Korea. The temperature is at least 28 degrees C or 82 degrees F which is pretty hot. In the winters, it gets about 19 degrees C or 66 degrees F at the lowest. If you absolutely love history and desert and of course Africa, book your flight to Egypt soon. Egypt's capital is Cairo which is very near to Giza where the Great Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza are. I would absolutely love to go to Egypt.
